Appointments:

1.Booking:

Appointments can be made in person, via phone, or online. A valid credit/debit card may be required to secure your booking.

2. Arrival Time:

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to ensure a smooth experience. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling:

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.

4. Late Policy:

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure fairness to other clients.

Payments & Refunds

1.Payment Methods:

We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and e-gift cards. Payment is due upon completion of your service.

2. Refund Policy:

All sales for services are final. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days, and we will work to address your concerns.

Refunds are not provided for gift cards or completed services but may be considered for products in original, unused condition within 14 days of purchase.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Health&Safety:

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition poses a risk to the client or staff.

Personal Belongings:

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you at all times.

Children&Guests:

Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

To ensure a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that additional guests wait in the reception area during your appointment.

Right to Refuse Service:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who demonstrates inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violates our policies.
